About

and who it is built on

Working out which clips are still missing can become guesswork in the last stretch of a completionist run.

This works it out from your own save file, or from the clips you mark by hand when there is no save to read, on a console for instance. Either way it stays on your own machine. Nothing is uploaded, and no part of it is sent anywhere.

It exists because other people solved the hard parts first and published what they found.

Standing on

The clip list

The guide that first mapped every clip with its take and its date. Everything shown here is read out of the game itself, and agrees with 781 of the 792 match-cuts this guide lists.

Reading the save

Worked out that SaveGame.abr holds your view history, and showed how to get the watched clip IDs out of it.

Licence

Free software under the GNU AGPL v3. Not affiliated with Half Mermaid or Sam Barlow.

The pictures are frames from IMMORTALITY, © Half Mermaid Productions, shown here only so you can tell one clip from another and see where to click. They are not covered by that licence, and will be removed on request. The film contains nudity and violence; the frames are taken from it, and are shown when you choose a detail level or reveal an individual clip.

Keeps this page on your desktop or home screen, works offline after an online visit, and checks for updates when opened online.

Your browser decides when to offer this. If the button does nothing, use your browser menu. In Chrome and Edge it is Install this site as an app.

Before you open this up

one time only

From here on the tracker stops being coy. It will name every clip, quote the first thing said in it, and show you a frame from it, including clips you have not found yet.

It will spoil the game

Finding out what is on these tapes is the whole of IMMORTALITY. This takes that away. There is no putting it back.

Some of it is explicit

The film contains nudity and violence, and the frames shown here are taken from it. Consider where you are sitting.

You can go back to Total only at any time, and this will not be asked again.

Mark what you have found

kept on this device as you go

Type what the game shows under the clip: the film, the take and the date. Clips that share all three can be told apart by a few words of the first thing said. Only clips that match are shown.
